Happily moving out :D.

Helo helo hey. Aku sekarang telah berjaya pindah dari rumah lama. Yeeha. Weekend baru ni bertungkus lumus angkat barang. Siap mak bapak gua plus bun, bermurah hati volunteer themselves datang membantu. Hehe. :').

Sadis juga lah preparation masuk rumah baru ni. Langsir punya railing takde. Pakai dawai je (⌣_⌣"). Langsir mak aku bawak semua tak boleh guna. Haha. Cis. Tak jumpa cara nak sangkut tu dah satu hal, size tingkap aneh aneh tu dah jadi dua hal. Apahal tak arkitek dia design camtu. So memang kena buat jugak langsir. Huehehe.

Lepas tu, owner being so cute. Cat cat rumah colourful. Sekali tengok macam tadika. Haha. Sekejap oren. Lepas tu tiba tiba ada colour hijau striking. Tiba-tiba eh eh pink. Redha jela.

Cuma ada major problem. Bahagian bawah bumbung telah di occupy kelawar. Aiyoyo. Camne tu. Owner kata nak datang sabtu hari tu nak pasang jaring. Hmm tapi dia tak datang pun. Dia sibuk kot. Hari tu kata nak tukar lampu. But tak tukar. End up sendiri volunteer tukar sendiri. Nanti claim semula. Aih aih.

Sekarang ni lagi berkursus sampai esok. Kesian rumah baru ditinggali. Tak siap kemas lagi.

Siapa siapa mahu datang, mari lah. Datang bawa buah tangan berupa perabut. Eh he he.

Perkara-perkara random sebelum 2011 ends.

Few good news, before 2011 ends.

1. Found a new house. 2 storey terrace. RM600/month. Okay lah kot. Can't stand sharing lagi. Hehe. Nak cari rumah to buy, aiyo. Mahalnya. Low cost terrace are sold at RM112k per unit. Amboihh. Low cost tuh. Lepas tu mak dah risau-risau sebab I'll be staying by myself je. Habis tu nak buat gimana mak. I'm used to it. No worries.

2. New scheme was introduced yang menyebabkan gaji naik few hundreds, but of course will be based on my performance. But still, alhamdulillah :).

3. Found myself a companion (for life). He he

4. Grateful for what I have now. I feel contented. Okay. Don't remind me about works. Hehe.

Errr. Apa lagi yeh good news. Banyak lagi kot. But malas nak fikir. And, kawan-kawan. Marilah datang rumah kita. Hehe. Gonna move in this coming february. Can't wait! Sorry Nerd. Have to leave you.

I admit. My skills/experience/knowledge in plannning, particularly are still lacking here and there. Sedih. Today, I've attended a meeting to discuss on constructing few units of shop lots for locals. I were asked to bring along with me all related plans. And that wasn't the case.

At the beginning, the chairperson shows her determination in making this development happened. She is sort of warned everyone in that room, no matter what, she wanted her project to be prioritized. Forgive her. This is the first time she attended project coordination meeting. So she wasn't aware of the facts that we'll be having 100++ projects to be executed next year. And this is also wasn't the case.

So we all started by discussing the location. The unit tabled their proposal to choose this one area (which currently being used as a parking area). They probably do not know on the standard or regulations, so I told them. That area already has approved plan. At that parking area is basically for the shop lots next to it.

And I was accused of being rigid. The chairperson told me not to follow the book. She said I should know what kind of treatment will I get if I go against whatever decision made. Guess, she misinterpret my intention. I was advising them. Not ordering them. I should tell them what I know. Later they'll having problem with the circulation and all. With their current proposal, the servis road in front of the shoplots will be 3 meters in width. They are also proposing the 2 storey shop lots to be built while surrounding area are consists of 1storey units. When I told them to consider the design, the chairperson telling me something which can be understood as I'm not the boss. My boss might not saying that. I'm just J1-1 officer. And she is N1-4. So she knows better. Okay.

With that, I just told that clerk to minute my word. I'll cuci tangan when you'll facing any issues later. Don't tell me I didn't tell you.

Perkara perkara tanah.

Today, gua nak kongsi perkara yang ala-ala ilmiah sikit. Sebab mungkin anda tidak tahu, sepertimana jua ku dulu. He he.

Gua currently sedang study (konon-konon) perihal undang-undang tanah. Development kan sedang lagi rapid sekarang. So banyak lah tanah-tanah yang perlu diambil balik. Kesian.

Jadi, jika anda, bapak anda, dan kenalan anda, tanahnya diperlui untuk pembangunan, ketahuilah kamu, bahawasanya satu notis akan dihantar kepada kamu. Dekat notis tu, dia akan tulis macam ala-ala pilihan objektif la.
A- saya setuju.
B- saya tak setuju
C-saya setuju dengan (aku lupe la. Tapi macam syarat-syarat camtu lah).

Hahah. Apa lah masterji (aku lah) boleh lupa!

Tapi bila kau return them the answer, wajib harus pilih yang setuju dengan syarat-syarat tu. Sebab apa? Sebab, kalau kau pick A, katakan nanti dia dah tetapkan pampasan, kau tak boleh nak nego lagi amount dia. If kau pilih B, lagi lah hampeh. Sebab bawah akta pengambilan balik tanah memang ada clause yang cakap tanah kau boleh diambil (secara paksa pun) untuk kegunaan awam.

Jalan terbaik, always opt for c. Okay lah. Gua nak sambung gosip gosip artis. Bai bai bai!

Huhuhuhu

Bercakap pasal kerja like every five minutes, sangat bosan. Begitu perihalnya bila bercerita pasal gosip-gosip kantor. Lagi bosan, bila bos aku call a meeting, to discuss on works, tapi tiba-tiba dia melencong talking pasal this person and that person. Setiap meeting pun sama. Mulut kalah mulut perempuan. Bosan.

Doing works yang jauh tersimpang dari what you have to do pun also bosan. Lebih-lebih lagi bila try to talk that out with boss and chungg cakap aku kena pancung sebab fakta nya adalah boss aku suka kerja-kerja melencong tersebut. And lagi lah bosan bila bos aku keep suggesting idea/perkara/item yang sama dari 20 tahun yang lalu, and bila dicadangkan buat idea bernafas baru, pelbagai negative thoughts were thrown dan aku dipetik sebagai beria-ia nak buat project petaka. Ok fine. Idea aku tak best dan bosan dan bakal mendatangkan banyak masalah kepada boss. Bos buat lah projek yang kecil-kecil macam menanam pokok di halaman rumah sahaja.

Bosannya bila suggesting to go a bit further in integrating the lighting in it, bos aku nampak benda tu akan menjurus kepada vandalism (?). And that cannot be carried out since this one officer yang biasa in charge this kind of thing (lighting and electricity ) digantung kerja (?). Okay. As if satu organization ni, memang that particular officer je boleh buat kerja tu.

Bosan bila bos kau aware yang kita akan ada such a long list to be completed by this 2012 despite of very limited manpower available, yet take no action in mitigating it. Asyik, nanti kita bincang lain. Bincang lain.

After all, aku harap boss boleh sedar dan ingat semula apa purpose management restructuring department kita. To be fully concentrated on planning works. Lepas ni bos jangan nak cari alasan bos takde masa nak buat kerja hakiki sebab banyak kerja bukan hakiki. Kerja bukan hakiki tu bos yang cari. Nyampah.

Sembelihan

Minggu ini juga dikenali sebagai minggu menyerah leher bagi diriku. Ecewah ayat. Kau tanya aku kenapa?! Sebab minggu ni ada 4 hari berkerja. Esok aku cuti sempena hari jadi orang penting negeri aku. Hahah. So hari isnin dah dimulai dengan mesyuarat yang paling aku menyampah, mengjengkelkan, mengelakkan which is KPI. Sebabnya?! Aku ada list yang panjang kalau kau tanya. Sebabnya adalah

  • Mesyuarat tu wajib mula jam 9 pagi dan habis jam 6.30 petang. Kau nampak tak stressnya aku seharian ni? Kerja banyak. Lepas tu nak tadah telinga bagi berdarah.
  • KPI bahagian aku banyak tak tercapai. Mainly sebab aku bukan a good leader kot. Arhhh. Demyu. Why do I have to answer all theseee? Sepatutnya bos aku yang kena pergi. Why me why?
Eh. Rupanya dua tu je alasan. Hahha. Aku pulak lupa nak sedekah fatihah kat bos kedua besar tadi malas. Uwaa. Sure kena pancung habis. Eh. Siapa eh yang cakap kat aku sedekahkan fatihah tu. Opie kot. Aku dah try few times. It does works sometimes. Macam mesyuarat KPI yang lepas. Kalau aku sedekah fatihah ni, sempat lagi tak?! Arghhh.

Lepas tu, lusa gua akan kena pergi workshop jadah pelan S. Ni lagi satu memang macam kena pancung dengan chainsaw. Huahahhauahuahuaa. Gua ni yang sebelum ni tak pernah langsung terlibat dengan perbincangan dorang pasal setting up this Pelan S tiba-tiba kena jadi urusetia. Okay tipu. Bos gua urusetia. Gua assist. Tapi ni dah macam ala-ala gua je urusetia. Hahaha. Nak menjawap pun gua ni. Present pun gua. Siapkan itu ini pun gua. Wow. Heavennya jadi bos.

Okay lah. I need to prepare documents for meeting kejap lagi. Dadaaa.

Bos mudah lupa.

Kita bukan nak bebel tak tentu pasal. Tapi. Tak tahan lagi dah. Perkara nya begini.

1) Kita ada dua tangan (je) bos.

2) Bos bagi task suruh siapkan seminggu.

3) Bila tak siap, bos perli-perli

4) Tapi bos lupa ke, dalam seminggu tu, 4 hari bos hantar kita pergi kursus

5) Dalam 4 hari kita takde tu, bos lupa ke bos campak surat-surat lain dalam tray kita.

6) Bos lupa ke, surat-surat tu semua nak urgent

7) Dalam nak kejarkan buat kerja-kerja tray tu, kena layan bahagian lain yang jadah nya nak semua cepat

8) Lepas kursus 4 hari, bos lupa ke bos hantar kita pergi satu lagi kursus

9) Pastu bos lupa ke bos suruh ganti masuk meeting pagi dan petang

10) Sekarang cuba bos rasa kerusi kita tu, tak sempat berkedut pun dah kena bangun pergi sana sini.

11) Soalan kita adalah, kenapa bos lupa?

Selamat Hari Raya Haji Gays.

I've attended the 3days land and property courses this whole week. Interesting as it is much related to my field and I got the chance to know lots of things I've never knew before. Thanks boss for sending me here. Hehe.

The last speaker of the courses is very experienced and used to be (forgot the position) in something - something ministry (also forgot). And seems like all the sections in land law already stored in his head. He managed to memorize most of it. Well versed.

And he gave us number of situation in solving land related cases. One of it (tapi not relate at all dengan tanah pun, haha) says a friend of yours asking for you to be a guarantor/ need to borrow some amount of money for you. The way to do it is, asked him to pajak (kot) his land to you. There got a procedure/ concept called lien, where he needs to give you his land title for you to keep as guarantee. The land title means nothing for you to keep/to secure you as it is under his name. So what you can do is, go to land office. Fill in a form (lien form kot) to provide your name under the land title (as lien caveat) and submit the form together with the land title. Says after a period (which both of you agree) he didn't pay up the money he borrowed from you, you can actually put his land for auction (of course through the land office). And you'll be getting the amount you lend + 100% of it. So you managed to doubled the amount. And the balance will be given to its original owner.

So next time anyone want to borrow from you, ask him to provide you his land title. If only he has one lah. If not, might as well don't lend him. Keh keh.

Weekend pendek

Aku baru sahaja mengalami weekend yang pendek. Well. Setiap weekend memang pendek. Tapi ini adalah paling pendek. I had my friends coming over to my house and padan muka korang kena travel for miles nak sampai kat hujung dunia ni. Miahahhahaha. Tapi sangat cemburu mereka berkonvoi. Dah lama gila tak rasa konvoi ramai-ramai. Tiba-tiba aku rasa macam ahhhh lonely nya hidup di sini. Balik rumah, aku masuk hampir keliru. Ini rumah aku ke library. Lagi senyap dari perpustakaan negara. Ya. Begitulah aku metaforkan rumah aku ni.

Lepas tu aku mengalami sesi down sebentar golek-golek malas di atas katil dan mengenang nasib. Kalau tidak kerana kerja, urghhh pasti ku turuti nafsu ikut kau orang balik!

Lepas tu, individu bosan ni (aku) terpaksa melayan #vokal?. Urghhh. Nak online, tadi tak sempat nak bayar broadband. So dah kena block. Cis. Nak layan tv, aku tengah layan tv lah ni! Maksud aku nak layan channel lain, sadly, dapat tv3 je kat sini. Astro baru gua pergi register tadi dan paksa dia pasang selaju mungkin sebab I can't stand anymore terpaksa tengok vokal sebab I have no other choice. Uwaaaa.

Apa beza tengok vokal dengan dengar radio? Takde beza. Dan. Kenapa erra yang dipilih jadi juri? Kenapa dia? Aku rasa untuk entertaining, mungkin (kot). Tapi untuk judge orang untuk vokal, dorang perlu kaji semula. Tiba-tiba gua teringat mentor time concert dia dengan protege dia. Ahahaha! Lepas tu, kenapa mesti ada scene menangis eh. Bawa harapan orang kampung lah. Hahahaha. Okay lah. Aku memang bosan. Sebab bosan, aku nak sambung layan vokal. Zassss. Hahahah
